Giving Hearts Day

Giving Hearts Day arose in 2008 as a simple but unique fundraising concept: Around Valentine’s Day, ask people to show affection to not only people they love but charities, too. The North Dakota Association of the Blind is fortunate to be among the many nonprofits that take part in the annual day of generosity.

This year, Giving Hearts Day falls on Thursday, February 8.

Eager to give? Donors can schedule their contributions beginning January 2 through February 7 at https://app.givingheartsday.org/#/charity/613.

The North Dakota Association of the Blind is volunteer-run, meaning we have no staff and no office space, which keeps our overhead costs low. As a result, donations are invested in programs that serve the community of people who have sight loss.

You can read about some of the activities donors helped bring to life in 2023 here.

Those who donate to NDAB through Giving Hearts Day will have their donations matched dollar-for-dollar, so your generosity will go twice as far if you choose to give.

For those who prefer to send a check, you can mail it to NDAB, P.O. Box 824, West Fargo, ND 58078.

Thank you so much for your support. You enable us to stay on target so that, through us, all North Dakotans will “See Blind Possible.”
