POST-CONVENTION BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
June 11, 2023
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Trampes Brown, Lexee Steffan, Rebecca Anderson, Helen Baumgartner, Elias Youngbloom, Gerald Byron, Janelle Olson, Allan Peterson and Zelda Gebhard
The meeting began at 11:14.
Code of Conduct: The Code of Conduct was read and signed by each board member.
NEW BUSINESS:
Membership: Lexee presented Debra Fohrman, Fargo, VI for approval as a member. Zelda made a motion to approve Debra, seconded by Allan. MC
ACB Stipend: No requests for the ACB stipend have been submitted.
ACB Convention Voting Process: Text communications from members for voting for the ACB convention will be managed by Elias. Zelda will manage the email and phone communications.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting was set for July 17th at 7:00 pm.
ADJOURN: Allan made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Lexee. MC
The meeting was adjourned at 11:39 am.
