NDAB Post Convention Board Meeting Minutes

June 9th, 2019

The meeting was called to order at 1:14 p.m. by Zelda. Roll call was taken with only Mark being absent. Rebecca went over the treasurer’s report for May. Mary made a motion to accept the report, Mickey 2nd, MSC.

ACB Stipends

There are six stipend requests for the ACB national convention. Members requesting a stipend are: Brant Adams, Mike Hoeppner, Allan Peterson, Doug and Mary Stip and Michelle Zentz. Donna Hepper may also possibly be going. Paula Anundson will be the delegate at the national convention and Mary will be the alternate delegate.

New Members

Two new members were approved by the board. Gary Peterson of Grandin, ND and Carrie Golden of Pisek, ND.

Alan made a motion to accept the new members, Rebecca 2nd, MSC.

Mickey made a motion to adjourn 2nd by Shereen. MSC. The meeting was adjourned at 1:44 p.m.

Next board meeting Sept. 8 at 6:30 p.m.
